6. Subscription Plans and Billing

For paid plans:

  • Billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period
  • Plans automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

  • Failure to detect website issues
  • Delayed or failed notifications

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyUptimeBot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

14. Termination
